Can you picnic in Mao's Mausoleum?

Due to usage restrictions in the PRC, you cannot access Mao's Mausoleum without prior approval obtained by filling out six forms in triplicate at least six months prior to your requested visit, mailing them to Wen Jiaobao, and tossing the deed to a HongKong Hotel into the envelope to cover the fees.
