Will conservatives ever realize that investing in the American people is the best way to grow the economy?

No. They think the answer to poverty is to just be born rich. We are becoming like France was before the French Revolution, the rich and the poor. The middle cl is disappearing at an alarming rate. Not being able to afford college will shift more people downward.
