Who is the NL Cy Young Winner if the season ended today?

As of now, the race is between Matt Latos and Roy Halladay. In my opinion, the only reason that Wainwright is out is because the Cardinals are falling out of Playoff Contention, while the Phils and Padres are dominating. In the end, I think Latos will win because he lead the Padres in a surprise season and will get lots of credit from the voters for that.
