How to build reflecting binoculars?

It would be really difficult to set mirrors at the correct angles to get the images collimated. It would be much simpler to use the Galilean design (concave eyepiece and convex objective), which gives an erect mage -- that's what "opera gles" are: two small Galilean refractors.
