My slumlord never fixed anything I left legally can I sue for damages?

1.Septic broken I phoned health dept gave her warning to fix 3wks later not done took her to court still nothing from landlord finally saw lawyer to break lease and gave notice to leave in one week cause it stunk so bad I have four children who couldn't play outside and felt sick all the time. Mold was also seen. I finally left did a walk through she said I will receive my deposit. 3wks later nothing phoned her still nothing than letter in mail saying I owe for rent the days I left, and damage to floor, which by the way I have photos of before we moved in that it was torn from previous tenants, long story short wil I win if I go to small claims court? I left in the middle of the month and did not pay any rent to her because of my living conditions plus I needed to save for a new rental. When I moved 3 days later I heard she got the septic fixed? what the hell anyways no one is living there so what does that tell you. it's been 6-8 wks since I lef
