Shy guy looking for a shy girl?

I have social anxiety and it's hard to meet women. The ones I do meet are loud mouths who come up to me and just start talking. The only problem with them is they don't really understand my social awkwardness and after awhile they think I'm avoiding them or being unfriendly. Where is a good place to find shy people?
