When I was watching a Wordpad file opened and someone wrote "shame on you"?

I've just got my Laptop back from a technician repaired it .. when I was watching , suddenly a Wordpad file opened and someone wrote "Shame on you watching in my language (not English) " .. how could that possibly happen ? is it possible that this person instilled some program which can monitor my movements and control my Pc ?
