Moving to Guam! Have questions!?

I am moving to Guam with my husband in July. He is in the Navy and I am a sign language interpreter. I am aware that Guam Community College has a Sign Language interpreter program however I am trying to figure out what I need to do to be able to work there. What kind of certification do I need? Do they have there own tests? Do I need to be liscensed? Anyone anyone or where I can contact for more information? Please I need help!
